But if you go through an ESP catalog you find that ESP produces a very large range of guitar. I don't mean to offend with this but, I personally can't stand hearing that oh, ESP's are for metal, and so forth. They do have a huge range of guitar bodies and configurations that are suitable for any kind of musical style.
Another mis-step for Palin to illustrate how little fact she knows and how wrong she is for the job...

Why would you move to canada or sweden? It would be very important to note we live in a global economy. The recent down turns of the american economy has large effects worldwide. You will notice this espically in places like canada, who are very dependnt on the US economy.

Sure its a global economy but we're sitting pretty sweet here. Prices are generally going up, but nah, the US is hardly having as much an effect here as you might think. We have different policies, differnt rules, laws, regulations, etc...and all kinds of stuff that have moderated this kind of thing from effecting us anywhere near as badly as in the US. Our dollar has been on par for a while now, and when it goes back down, which its expected to do, exports again will improve. Our natural resources jobs are booming and unemployment rate is continually dropping. Oh, and gas prices just dropped today.
Before people crap on me, realise that all I'm saying is that a lot depends on how things are run within any given system, as the "system" will either expose you more or less to this type of thing. And no matter how much we might bitch about stuff, our politicians, beaurecrats, policy makers, whoever, seem to have done a decent job in this regard. So ya, move to CANADA.

I don't ****ing know you annoying twat. Ask them.
Actually I did just read an article on this question yesterday or the day before. A lot had to do with where you live, the levels of polution, and your diet. I'll try to find the article...

first: ^ jesus, pretty harsh for expessing an opinion.

second: T.S. is sounding pretty noobie (no offense meant) at this so its probably good advice to let him know that changing every 2 weeks may be a bit much.

If ESP really wants us to think that LTD is a real budget ESP, they would print ESP on the headstock instead of LTD. Like Jackson does. Pro series and select series. But on every guitar it sais Jackson.
Must be that even in ESP they think that LTD is not a 'real' ESP.

They do. Its on the back of the headstock.

Out of the 19 guitars that I have and the 5 others that have come and gone, the Gibson V I had was the absolute worst. It was the lower end V, so it was understandable and completely expected that the quality might not be all that, but this was absolutley inexcuasable. With an ESP-LTD model you're going to get quality build, and on some lower priced ones your going to get lower priced components on it, but the construction is still up there. With the Gibson V I knew I was getting cheaper pick ups, etc, but the actual build quality was total crap and made it unplayable. If you've ever played a guitar with improperly finished frets you'll know what I mean. It had to go back. I say absolutely go with an ESP-LTD EC-1000 or an ESP Eclipse. I've got them both and love them.

If I were you I'd also look at the EC-1000 in Vintage black. It has an ebony fretboard and a satin finish which comes pretty damn close to the Eclipse II.
Yup and No, Kirk taps with the pick and it sounds best being pick tapped. For the pick breaking, oh well, that souldn't take you away from proper technique. Buy more picks and try some heavier gauges. Seriously they're the cheapest damn things. I normally have about 20 sitting on each of my amps.

Pulling off downwards works but with practice it really becomes less difficult to get the sound out. I think right now you'd also find it difficult to play at tempo. The plus side of using the pick is that you're learning a new technique YAY!
IDK...maybe you just have slimey mucousy sweat...you could also try a fretboard cleaning product from your local music/guitar shop.
Thats a huge reason why I prefer fixed bridges. But between my floating bridge guitars, my floyd does it the most, my Kahler much less, and my fender trem the least.
Because that damn humping stormtrooper needs to DIIIEEEEEEE!!!!!!
