############# HELPFUL TIP ############# Some of the songs listed on Ultimate Guitar can be difficult when played in a certain way, but changing the way slightly can make a huge difference. Take My Chemical Romance's "House of Wolves" for example. The intro is: Am, G, F, E (x4) Now not only would it be much harder to play these as normal chords, but the pitch would be completely wrong.
The intro's pitch changes from high \
                                     \
                                      \
                                       \ to low, and this is not accomplished
                                         by playing the chords as:

Am = x02210
G  = 320033
F  = 133211
E  = 022100
That would mess the sound up completely plus you would have to change your fingering constantly. It would be much easier and produce a more accurate tune if played in barre chords:
Am = 577555
G  = 355433
F  = 133211
E  = 022100
The fingering doesn't change in the beginning (except when lifting the finger for "Am" and then placing it for "G"). All you do is shift your hand up the fretboard until you reach E which you play as normal. ######################## BASIC CHORD VARIATIONS ######################## Here are a few simple variations on the basic chords
A  = x02220 ( 577xxx; x022xx; 577655 )
B  = x24442 ( x244xx )
C  = x32010 ( x35553; x355xx )
D  = xx0232 ( x57775; x577xx )
E  = 022100 ( 022xxx; x799xx; x79997 )
F  = 133211 ( 133xxx; xx3211 )
G  = 320033 ( 355xxx; 355433 )

Am = x02210 ( 577555 )
Bm = x24432 ( no simple variation, too complicated for beginners )
Cm = x35543 ( no simple variation, too complicated for beginners )
Dm = xx0231 ( x57765 )
Em = 022000 ( no simple variation, too complicated for beginners )
Fm = 133111 ( no simple variation, too complicated for beginners )
Gm = 355333 ( no simple variation, too complicated for beginners )
I will post more :)

    I made a mistake with the House of Wolves chords. The chords I added were true for the 1st, 2nd, and 4th repeats
