Concert took place at The Canyon in Agoura Hills, CA.

Phil Demmel (MACHINE HEAD), Scotti Hill (SKID ROW), Rudy Sarzo (OZZY OSBOURNE, WHITESNAKE, DIO), Stephen Perkins (JANE'S ADDICTION), Simon Wright (AC/DC, DIO) and Sin Quirin (MINISTRY) honored the legendary guitarist at "Randy Rhoads Remembered: A Celebration For A Guitar Legend" concert.

Fan made video footage can be seen below (courtesy of California Rock News).

Tichy gave his statement about the decision to launch the event (via Blabbermouth): "I love Randy Rhoads! He came into my life right at the same time I was learning guitar: 1980. He made me want to learn every note he played. I was already a drummer, but the guitar was right there with the drums, and a lot of that initial inspiration came from Randy's playing on 'Blizzard Of Ozz'. I didn't know what I was doing, but I really wanted to play like Randy Rhoads."

Scotti Hill is the epitome of underrated. As is Snake Sabo. But Scotti all the way. Listen to Skid Row's debut or Slave to the Grind, purely for the guitars. Just zone out to the guitars. Those dudes were, and still are, absolutely brilliant.
