Baroness will finally tour their 2012 album "Yellow & Green" across North America with a new lineup in May after a serious bus crash left the band injured for months.

Their tour cycle came to a sudden halt their bus went off a bridge and fell 30 ft while touring in England last August. Sadly, bassist Matt Maggioni and drummer Allen Bickle had to depart from the band last week because of long-standing issues related to the crash.

On the bright side, Baroness as a band has now picked itself up and will hit the road on May 24, starting in Philadelphia, with new bassist Nick Jost and drummer Sebastian Thomson.

"It's hard to find the words to express how excited we are to announce this tour," guitarist Pete Adams (via Blabbermouth). "Seven months ago, who knew when it would be or even if we could get back on the road. But here we are, picking right back up where we left off."

"A heartfelt thanks to everyone's unconditional love and support for us through, let's hope, the hardest time this band will ever see. We told you we'd be back so let's do this thing!"

Best of luck and good health to Matt and Allen, they'll be missed. Saw them open for Metallica and they are a great band.

Referring to the article's blurb, "hit the road with their new lineup" probably isn't the best way to put it. probably.
