A good friend of late INXS frontman Michael Hutchence is planning to tell the rocker's life story on the big screen almost 10 years after his death, according to Virgin.net.
Nick Egan, who designed the artwork for the group's 'X' album, as well as directing videos for the band, is said to be working with Hollywood producers on the yet-to-be-titled biopic.
Michael Hutchence was found hanging from a belt tied to a doorknob in a Sydney hotel room in 1997, at the age of 37. An inquest recorded a verdict of suicide.
Egan has also made videos for Kylie Minogue, Oasis, Bon Jovi, Alanis Morissette and Duran Duran.
