Klaxons keyboardist James Righton is now engaged to actress Keira Knightley.
The happy news was confirmed by her publicist, who ever-so-slyly told the Daily Mail, "I can confirm that Keira is engaged to be married to James Righton." Their relationship has mainly been kept under wraps, as the British rocker has yet to accompany Knightley to any public events.
The 27-year-old Knightley and 28-year-old Righton have been dating for 15 months after being introduced by fashionista Alexa Chung. Klaxons won the U.K.'s prestigious Mercury Prize for their 2007 album, "Myths Of The Near Future", and followed it up with 2010's "Surfing The Void". The British quartet is currently working on its third LP with LCD Soundsystem's James Murphy and The Chemical Brothers.
Knightley's next film is the June-released "Seeking A Friend For The End Of The World", a comedy co-starring Steve Carell. Congrats to the happy couple!
