Altitudes and Attitude, the band formed by thrash bassists David Ellefson of Megadeth and Frank Bello of Anthrax, have released a video for their track "Tell the World."

As Classic Rock reports, the song is taken from Altitudes And Attitude's three-track self-titled EP, released in January, when Ellefson predicted the material would surprise fans.

He said: "They would never suspect that a couple of metal bass players would have songs like these inside of us. It's exciting to write melody with diversity while still pushing the limits of lead bass playing."

Jeff Friedly of A Perfect Circle plays drums and percussion on the EP, and Gus G guests on guitar. Check out the video below.

This is like that episode of Metalocalypse where Murderface and Toki tried to write a song...
This is weird. It kinda sounds like new Blink-182, I'm not so sure how I feel about it. I mean, it's not bad, just not what I'd expect from these two.
Not really that bad. But you hear this kind of bands on radio all of time if you turn radio on.
I just missed the part of "while still pushing the limits of lead bass playing." Not my thing but meh, could be worse.
Actually, I think that Dave's bass solo, despite being quite simple, contributed to the song nicely. You can check their other stuff (for example, pretty thrashy "Here Again") for longer and more complex lead bass stuff.
Not my cup of tea but good to see them escaping the shadows of Anthrax and Megadeth...!
From the Creators of Thrash Masterpieces Rust in Peace and Among The Living comes a very "Meh" Collab.
