i have been to so many live shows its stupid, but the one band i will make time for is meshuggah. i dont even listen to them on album anymore, the live experience is far beyond that. its as if the crowd becomes one giant wave of rhythm. its intense easily the best live shows ive been to in the last decade
Saw them for the first time in NYC this last go-round, and it was so out of control. As soon as Demiurge began, the entire place went crazy. As you say, it was like one heaving mass in time with the music. Awesome show.
    nothing in michigan?
Really would like to see them play somewhere like The Intersection or The Machine Shop in Michigan instead of St. Andrews like they did when I missed them.
Beautiful, can't wait to see them on the 19th
I logged in, just to vote you up, just because of your avatar. Also, that's freaking awesome you get to see Meshuggah on your birthday.
I'm still hoping for another UK tour, otherwise the next time will be the next albums tour which is years off.
February 24th will be the best day of my life. It has been decided.
I feel the need to mention that that's my birthday and it just makes me very happy to see Meshuggah play a show on my birthday.
I seriously do not get all the hype about this band.
Great band that makes and plays great music! Heavy as ****, polyrhthmic, and plays insanely tight sets. Not to mention animals as leaders playing as well. What's not to love? Yes, hype is always annoying, but that's not a good reason to turn your mind off to something.
Definitely not everyone's cup of tea. They are one of my favorites ever, but it really did take a good six months - a year before I began to seriously appreciate them, and I had my doubts along the way haha
I like them, but I do think they are slightly overrated. With that said, I'd still like to see them.
One of the best metal bands in history imo My personal favorite along with ISIS
Going to see them for the first time next week. Haven't been this excited in a long time
Two dates in Alberta in cities a couple of hours from each other, but not one in Vancouver?..bummer bro
