Mick Jagger reportedly honoured his late girlfriend, the fashion designer L'Wren Scott, at her funeral yesterday, NME reports.
The Rolling Stones frontman was joined by his daughters and grandchildren at the private funeral in Hollywood. He spoke briefly at the service, as did Scott's brother, talent agent and Jagger's children.
Longtime Rolling Stones backing singer Bernard Fowler performed "Will the Circle Be Unbroken," joined by Dave Stewart on guitar, Billboard reports.
L'Wren Scott was found dead last Monday in her apartment in New York. It has since been confirmed by a coroner that she committed suicide by hanging.
Jagger released a statement following the news and his Rolling Stones bandmates also showed their support for the frontman.
The Rolling Stones postponed the rest of their 14 on Fire tour of Australia and New Zealand following the tragedy. A list of the dates affected by the postponement can be found here. Promoters are urging fans to hold on to their tickets for the rescheduled shows.
