loooove the dude. he is so much fun, but I have to take this opportunity to say this... FUCK YOU GERMANY! "Unfortunately, this video is not available in Germany because it may contain music for which GEMA has not granted the respective music rights."

I didn't get it the first time I listened to it, and I wasn't sure what the big deal was. About 200 listens later, I still don't get it.

All those views it has are just one guy watching it over and over again. He still doesn't get it either.

I love PSY and I'm so happy he's achieved so much so far, he really deserves it with the great music he makes.

I don't get all the hype around this. 1) It's not that funny. I can't pinpoint any moment of that video that I could say is even slightly funny. 2) The dance isn't funny. It's like it's trying to be funny and just come off as lame. 3) It's in a foreign language? Big whoop, is it really that shocking that other country's sing in their native language? 4) It's not that great of a song. Sure, it's okay as far as pop songs go but it's really nothing special either. 5) It's not that 'random'. It's one of the more tame things I have seen come from that side of the world actually. I have seen way more music videos that have just left me dazed and confused to what I had watched. 6) It's slightly perverted but again, one of the more tame things I have seen from that side of the world. To me, it's just one of those things that have become popular for no apparent reason and everybody is just on the bandwagon. The only thing I give it thumbs up for is that most of the girls in the video are hot but it's a music video, they are supposed to be.

The video was made to rip on rich people. Gangnam is a area of Korea which is like the Beverly Hills of California. So, hey, I'd love a video ripping on them folks from the hills and thus I love the video. It ain't funny but its made a point.

One thing. ultimate GUITAR. Notice the keyword GUITAR. This is not ultimate shitty pop music made for money which has stupid repetitive lyrics which don't effect the users of this site, who primarily speak English. By all means have articles about the top 20 or 40 played songs on YouTube and by all means open a new site titled something along the lines of "Ultimate pop" or something but this has nothing to do with your audience, so why waste your time, effort and money making it? On a lighter note keep up the good work Ultimate Guitar, I always check your music headlines every day and they keep me well informed. Thank you.

This is Ultimate Guitar. Why the hell are we getting news about a Korean pop singer and Youtube.

It's a sad generation where foreign pop music is bigger than America's pop music. Then again I'm not complaining, this is seriously the best pop music I've heard this year.
