"Set Me on Fire," a brand new song from hard rock band Flyleaf, can be streamed using the SoundCloud widget below. The track marks the first single off the group's fourth studio album, "Between the Stars," which is now set for September 16 release on Loud & Proud Records. "Set Me on Fire" hits rock and alternative radio formats on July 7.

"We're excited to release our first single, 'Set Me on Fire' today and we can't wait for people to hear it," explains Flyleaf lead vocalist Kristen May. "It's about the passion we feel when we first fall in love and our emotions are running high, along with our thirst for this great life and all it has to offer. There is so much beauty, excitement and hope in this world and when we collide with one another and fall in love, magic happens. I hope everyone turns this song up to eleven, and sings at the top of their lungs."

Other songtitles set to appear on the new Flyleaf album include "Magnetic," "City Kids," "Marionette," "Thread" and "Well of Lies."

Kristen May replaced original vocalist Lacey Sturm after the latter abruptly departed the group in October 2012.

Sturm left the band on the eve of the release of its third album, "New Horizons," which came out on October 30, 2012 and sold 20,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to land at position No. 16 on the Billboard 200 chart.

Deffo one of the more underrated bands out there. The bass at the start is so tasty!

I'm not sure, when their last album came out I knew a whole lot of people who liked them, I think its just been too long since the last album and people forget
They aren't the same without their original singer Lacey... That's why people lost interest
Saying that, New Horizons was easily their worst album and that was Lacey's last album with them. This song is pretty good, but I think they reached their peak with Memento Mori, which is a ****ing incredible album to be honest if you like poppier rock.
Listened for 9 seconds and thought "this is not flyleaf anymore this sounds like a cheap knockoff" listened to the rest and that opinion remains
I quite enjoyed this song. I don't mind the new singer - although I do still miss Lacey - but I'll most likely get the new album when it comes out.
