my mistake, I meant couple hours west by plane.

So cool they're playing Summerfest. It's like the one week of summer I look forward to.

well here is my two cents: No Doubt sucks, and should not tour. they were almost cool in 1995....ALMOST, but not quite.

i'd go but, paramore's opening. if the chick from paramore can ruin a guitar hero video game, imagine the damage she'll cause on a no doubt tour.

Or, they just aren't good enough to write new stuff. Also, I seem to remember some male member of the band saying they'd probably have an on-the-road studio so they can record whilst touring gives them ideas. I just scrolled up and saw related news: http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/news/upco... bt_drummer_says_no_new_album_in_2009.html

No new album and just touring? Do they think they're too good to write new stuff? Oh well probably better to stick with what made them popular than trying to write something new.

I seriously wish I was American, 2 of my favourite bands on tour together and I'm not going to get a chance to go...

Im gonna try my hardest to go see them in va beach. The fact that Paramore is opening for them just makes it even better.

Funny some bands reunite simply to tour, fully knowing they make little money from recording, but SO much more through touring and merchandising on the tour.

This might be the reason I actually go to Summerfest this year. That show should be sweet.
