While at Gwen Stefani's runway show at New York Fashion Week, No Doubt bassist Tony Kanal told Billboard.com the band will "absolutely" tour again.
The California foursome reunited last year following a hiatus that allowed Stefani to pursue a solo career for an extremely successful tour. "I think it'll be even bigger," Kanal said, "and when I say bigger, I mean more shows and around the world."
The bassist said that the band, which also includes guitarist Tom Dumont and drummer Adrian Young , are hard at work on their sixth album, the first since 2001's Rocksteady.
"I swear, we're having more fun than we've ever had writing a record before," Kanal said. "I think [because] it's been a while, but also because we're older... the fact that we're still doing it together after 24 years you know, working on music I think we really appreciate that."
Kanal wasn't the only famous face at Stefani's L.A.M.B. 2011 runway show. Bush frontman and Stefani's husband Gavin Rossdale was there, along with Debbie Harry, Kanye West, Jimmy Iovine, Russell Simmons and Spice Girl Mel B.
