Ozzy Joined by Slash and Dave Navarro at Tribute Show

The supergroup perfromed a bunch of Sabbath classics alongside of Ozzy songs.

Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne was recently joined by special guests Dave Navarro and Slash at a benefit concert for the MusiCares MAP Fund.

AsĀ Blabbermouth reports, Ozzy performed a five song set at the event, with a backing band that consisted of Slash (Guns N' Roses), Dave Navarro (Jane's Addiction), Billy Morrison (Camp Freddy, the Cult), Tommy Clufetos (Ozzy Osbourne, Rob Zombie, Black Sabbath) and Rob "Blasko" Nicholson (Ozzy Osbourne, Rob Zombie). The set list was as follows:

02. Suicide Solution
03. Iron Man04. Crazy Train05. Paranoid (guest appearance by Slash)

Ozzy was being presented the Stevie Ray Vaughan Award at the event, which took place at Club Nokia in Los Angeles on Monday, May 12th. The award acknowledged his his commitment to helping other addicts with the addiction recovery process.

"I know firsthand about the ravages of addiction and I also know that the MusiCares MAP Fund is a vital safety net for people in the music industry who need help with substance abuse," said Osbourne. "This organization literally saves lives."

    Ozzy's sounding great these days, a far cry from the constantly f*cked by rehab Ozzy of the mid-2000s.
    Big time. I seen him with Black Sabbath a few weeks ago in Montreal and it was freaking amazing. Sounded 10 times better then when I saw him in 08 with his solo band.
