Papa Roach frontman Jacoby Shaddix shared more details regarding the previously announced "sickest, most illest P-Roach record to date," sharing "F.E.A.R. (Face Everything and Rise)" as the official title.

Furthermore, the singer told KWHL-FM that the album can be expected in 2015, featuring Kevin Churko at the helm of production.

"We've got a new record coming out at the top of 2015," Jacoby said (via Loudwire). "This record we're very proud of what we came up with. The album's called 'F.E.A.R. (Face Everything and Rise),' and it's a banger."

Focusing on production elements and the overall vibe, the vocalist added, "We wanted to work with a producer that worked in that heavier realm and kind of check him out a little bit.

"So there's elements of hard rock, elements of heavy metal, elements of pop, elements of ... it's just all over the place, man, but it's another classic Papa Roach record. I'm very proud of it."

As far as track titles are considered, Shaddix had already unveiled "Just as Broken as Me" and "Never Have to Say Goodbye" as personal favorites. Meanwhile, "Gravity" and the title track "Face Everything and Rise" have surfaced as confirmed titles. Stay tuned for more info.

"Sickest and Illest"? Is this guy 12 years old?

It's just the language he grew up with. At least he isn't trying to copy the way the youth talks today like some parents do. That would be really awful.

That was exactly what I said when they first announced it, with that line. The fact that he would actually say that would have killed any possible hype I had for a new "P Roach" record, if I had had any in the first place. Grow the **** up, dude. As someone else said in this comment section already, I also don't even like to admit enjoying that one riff anymore. It's embarrassing.

It's one of the records this year that'll make me sick if that's what he means.

"...and nobody ever listened to the sickest and illest album of all time :[" -you to your grandkids one day

... Sigh. This kinda stuff right here is the reason that I won't even admit to liking the Last Resort riff anymore. It's embarrassing.

I could care less how he described the album honestly. I liked their latest one, can't wait for this one.

    "I COULD care less?"
    a7xrocker201
What is your problem with that statement?

Probably your omission of the word "not". Without "not" it makes it sound like you do care. The phrase is "I couldn't care less". Similar to "I don't give a shit" or "I couldn't give two ****s"
    the_bi99man
Exactly. It blows my mind how many people don't understand that, and how frequently the phrase "I could care less" gets used when it's clearly not what is meant.

They're one of those bands that literally exists just to take people's money. You can bet your ass there will be a Papa Roach album every 2 years with the exact same press release.

I hope someone has antibiotics for this sickest and illest record

Dont Understand the hate, he's just excited about a new release! Sure hes getting older and probably holding on to his youth but what rockstar isn't... IM pretty sure thats the point of it all, not having to grow up! Looking forward to the new record!

Honestly, one of the best live bands out there right now. They always bring a show with them: energy. No pyro, no fancy staging, they just rock the hell out of everyone for an hour or so. Their popularity has faded, but if they can keep it up then good for them!

Just curious Does anyone still like Papa Roach?
    KurtisLee
Yup, seen them 3 times, They put on a hell of a show

Can't disagree. Not terribly fond of the band, but I've seen them opening for Seether once and someone else another time, and they have awesome energy, whatever you might feel for their music.

Implying that people liked them to begin with. But seriously they've got a few alright tunes. Not a band I'd ask to play my wedding or anything, but there are worse bands.

The older I get, the more this guy seems like a real ass hole.
    Mixloopx
Why? He is not doing anything wrong. Just standing behind the music he makes, something every musician does.

This band has jumped trends so much since the second album I wouldn't be surprised if he starts calling himself Coby Dick and starts rapping again. There's reinventing yourself through evolution and all, but this band's changes never seemed to be because of that.
