This year marks the 20th anniversary of Portishead's seminal debut LP, "Dummy," and the band plans to mark the occasion by reissuing the album on vinyl.

The first 1,000 copies of the reissue will be pressed on blue vinyl. Once quantities are gone, the vinyl will be pressed on heavyweight black. The record comes packaged in a gatefold sleeve and also includes a digital download card. However, there is no additional bonus tracks or other material.

Pre-orders will begin on Wednesday, August 13th via the band's website.

As for new music from the band, Adrian Utley recently announced that the band was "clearing our schedules" so they could work on their fourth studio album. In addition, the group has a number of European tour dates scheduled for this summer, including Paris' Rock en Seine and Ireland's Electric Picnic music festivals.

Beth Gibbons will light a cigarette while she watch you bleed on the floor until your last breath expires. and also a Vinyl copy of Dummy is playing on the background.
I was at Glastonbury late 90s when they were booked on a small stage, pretty much unknown when they booked I guess, but they got popular in less than a month and way too many people tried to get in, was pretty messy
