"Anastasia", the new video from legendary guitarist Slash's, can be seen below.

The song comes off his second solo album, "Apocalyptic Love", which sold around 38,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to land at position No. 4 on The Billboard 200 chart.

Slash's self-titled debut album scored the highest new entry on The Billboard 200 chart in April 2010, with first-week U.S. sales of around 60,000 copies, Blabbermouth reports.

The former Guns N' Roses guitarist is now releasing his music through his own label, Dik Hayd Records, and The Pulse Of Radio asked him how that compares to working with major labels in the past.

"It's really enabling me to make records and be able to put them out myself so I don't have to do the gamble with the big record companies," he said. "Now as far as like the glory days of the record business, that's something - yeah, I mean, you can miss it, but it's changed so much and most of the companies have turned into such conglomerates, it's pointless to really sort of miss the old days 'cause they're long gone."

Unlike Slash's solo debut, which featured different vocalists on each track and a number of guest musicians, Slash has recorded all of the new CD with his touring band, Myles Kennedy And The Conspirators.

Kennedy also sang with Slash and other former members of Guns N' Roses when the band was inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame in April 2012.

"Apocalyptic Love" track listing:

01. Apocalyptic Love 02. One Last Thrill 03. Standing In The Sun 04. You're A Lie 05. No More Heroes 06. Halo 07. We Will Roam 08. Anastasia 09. Not For Me 10. Bad Rain 11. Hard & Fast 12. Far And Away 13. Shots Fired

This nicely classical. Slash keeps getting better and it seems this albums is finely refined. To keep it short, ****ing love his new stuff.

Brilliant song from a great album not impressed by the video though, could've made something out of the song, but even matching the live performance to the studio version wasn't great, didn't go together well and the live performance was a different speed to the studio version, so the matching failed...sorry, just the video that is bad...song is fantastic!!

I see where he's coming from. I like the new stuff, but it will just never compare to stuff he did with Guns. Which is a given I guess, but some people really like Slash for that stuff and when he makes new shit they expect to hear stuff of the same caliber. I was a little iffy with the new album at first as well. Now I love it, but not everyone does. And btw... the title track si f*cking awesome.

Alan Rickman as Severus Snape is on drums too! You can take Slash out of Hollywood, but you can't take Hollywood out of his band

This girl Anastasia must be one hot tamale, if Myles Kennedy is going to kill someone and run to Mexico.

I'd already lost any hope to see the video for this song. Pretty much the best on the album, love it.
    Sn@il!
This actually was the best song of the album.

This and the two bonus songs were the best IMO. Also love Standing in the Sun.

Yeah, those bonus tracks never get too much attention, but I listen to them more than any of the other tracks

Love this song but man the video could have been way better. This is one of those songs where the video could just have an awesome story based on the lyrics. Oh well I guess that slash is kind of over doing super produced videos.

So agree. Liked the video for By The Sword on his other CD, would have liked something in a similar vein of creativity here. Always cool to see the cat play though.
    Way Cool JR.
Great vocals, the rest is meh IMO.

Oh come on you stupid troll!!!! Get the **** outta here!!!!
    Way Cool JR.
Not trollin at all dude. Slash is one of my top favorite guitarists and Myles has a killer voice but I just can't seem to dig this at all. I really wan't to, but I just can't. Sorry to go against the grain in here but that's just my opinion. So deal with it.

Well said, well said. If you're a Slash fan, how can you not dig these songs? I mean, Apocalyptic Love the title track, classic Slash! How can you not dig those badass riffs?

When the classical intro is playing, but the video shows slash playing a LP, it just looks hilariously wrong

Somewhere on the earth exist effects to give a "truly" classical sound to electric guitar... but I don't think slash uses one of it... and when they made the video I don't think they care about this thinness xD

I feel like all most of the lead guitar parts are too quiet, especially in the beginning. Anyone else feel like that is the case?
    Beffyyy
Pretty boring video imo. Has nothing on the live footage from dead horse & live and let die,

Is it just me or does that intro sound "Malmsteeinish"? Either way, love Slash. I've seen him three times with his solo band. They always put on a great show.

Apocalyptic Love is an album by far better than the previous and this song is the example (in fact I hoped they made a video for this song) even if the melodies of the voice of miles kennedy remind me a lot of alter bridge stuff... don't get me wrong, I still consider it a solid album

I know a GNR reference is probably going to get me down voted or whatever but, this song reminded me a LOT of the Illusion days. Good to see Slash still rippin it up!!

Not feeling this. It kinda sounds neoclassical, which doesn't work with Slash's bluesy tone.

Love the song and I love this band live, but man, this is a lazy video. Looks like they didn't even try to keep the shots in sync with the audio..
