I've only just heard of King 810 so naturally, I googled them. I found various titles like 'An interview with notoriously violent KING 810' or 'Shitty local band KING 810 started fires .... ' and 'KING 810 members arrested for assault'. I do my best not to judge people, especially people I've never met in person, but them guys sound like downright idiots. I don't care if they make good music, I'll be avoiding them. #Letthedownvotingbegin

I only heard of them cause i once bought 1 Metal Hammer and they had an article... The redaction seems to like them cause they came from a dangerous city (Flint) and that's so metal... That band sucks. Braindead guys from a shitty city. Their music sounds a bit like Slipknot for me with awful lyrics. Not interresting in anyway...

King 810: In a world where you thought Five Finger Death Punch was a little moronic but still fairly bearable, comes the ultimate Brocore Gansta Mudafukas. They are here to Kick ass and set things on fire and they are all out of ass. And by the way they should be called King 8-10...

I actually laughed out loud at the ass part. And I don't like 5FDP either, but at least they seem like like decent guys, if maybe a bit corny and "F**k yeah, 'murica! Camoflauge! Punching stuff! Emotional song, followed by more punching!" King 810's music sucks (on an almost objective level), and their reputation speaks for itself.

I hope good ol' Corey gives some $ to King801 so they can buy gun toys and beat people! GOD, the world we live in...

Slipknot and Korn?! This is going to be awesome, hopefully Slipknot can inspire KoRn to play some old school heavy stuff this tour!

My 14 and now 24 year old selves are absolutely FREAKING out right now. KoRn, yes I am beyond happy to see them finally, but Slipknot?! Be still my teenage angst heart!!! I unfortunately have never had a chance to see Slipknot until now. w00t!

Why are King 810 so big atm, I keep seeing Metal Hammer post about them...they seem like *******s and their music is mediocre

If I had to take a guess, it might have something to do with the fact that they're signed with Roadrunner Records. RR likes to publicize everyone on their label, even if they suck.

In my humble opinion, they could find some better headliners, and by better headliners i refer Korn, because who the hell are those other guys anyway?

Can't wait to see all the hate towards King810. Good for them, this tour is gonna be huge for them! Not a raging fan, but I do not fully understand why they get so much hate. Respect.

Google 'King810 show cancelled' or 'King810 arrested' and you'll get two examples of why... Or to put it simply, the singer and another guy were arrested for aggravated assault in one case; and in another they got a gig cancelled when they were local support for Jeff Loomis' band and decided they weren't going to get off the stage, poured a load of lighter fluid on the floor and set fire to it, and their fans started rioting with weapons and threatening people/staff. Of course, that's just what was reported but they were a smaller band when it happened so don't see what benefit press would have had in making it up.

I was in a local band that performed that show, actually played right before King 810. The band was close to thirty minutes over their set time, and the sound guy told them they needed to get off the stage because they were interfering with the set times of the other nationals (Fit for an Autopsy, Chimp Spanner, 7 Horns 7 Eyes, Jeff Loomis, The Contortionist). After a few fan fights and the sound guy getting assaulted for his actions, security brought in a baseball bat (bad move on their part), and the bat was ripped out of their hands and used against them. It was just a big riot of fans and the band, including lighter fluid being poured all over the venue, and one of the attendants. They weren't even supposed to play the show, as the promoter was specifically told they were not allowed back to the venue. The venue (The Blackened Moon) was shut down shortly after the event, and it sucks because it was one of the best venues in Michigan. I got a chance to talk to Loomis about it, and he said he was absolutely appalled and had never seen anything like it before. So yeah, King ruined one of Michigan's best metal venues and ruined a fantastic show by not allowing Loomis and The Contortionist to play.

King 810 is from my hometown, and they thrive on giving people a reason to hate Flint. Just so they seem more br00tul. My friend knows someone who had the shit beat out of them. Fuck those guys, their music isn't even any good.
