Steven Tyler 'Didn't Dig' Gay Sex

In his currently best-selling autobiography, the Aerosmith frontman goes into candid detail on his experimental sex life.

Steven Tyler is well known for being a ladies man. Even former Guns N' Roses drummer Steven Adler was recently quoted as saying "After seeing Steven Tyler's rig ... with five girls hands wrapped around it? I'm lucky if I take my clothes off at all after that."

But in his New York Times bestselling autobiography "Does The Noise In My Head Bother You?" the singer has gone into startling detail on his sex life, saying he's even tried gay sex but "didn't dig it," according to Nme.

He wrote: "Gay sex just doesn't do it for me. I tried it one time when I was younger, but I just didn't dig it."

He went on to describe how his entorage would ensure he had "clean girls" showered and waiting for him after the gig.

"As dirty as my mind is, my body's pretty clean," he wrote. "Kelly [from the Aerosmith entourage] always made sure the girls were in the shower when I got in the room. I liked my pulchritude pristine! I can't kiss a girl that's been stage diving with 500 other guys."

The book talks in similarly candid detail about being bullied at school, his children and his life as a rock star. We previously reported that Harper Collins paid more than $2 million for the right to publish the story, and with the book at #2 on the New York Times list, it looks to have been a worthy investment.

um... ever heard of bisexuality? guys can be bi/bi-curious too. there's a total double standard with this stuff. guy experimented with other dudes? "thats horrible and wrong and disgusting" a girl experiments with girls? not only is it "hot" (which, yeah, i agree, it's pretty damned awesome.

kudos to this guy) but it's also almost never considered "wrong". you can be physically attracted to both genders and it doesn't make you gay or straight. that's why there's, ya know, term for the mid ground

I can't believe this shit. Steven Tyler has only had gay sex ONE time?! Seriously, though... gotta give him props on the honesty. It takes a big man... ugh... never mind.

Hmm...I personally find the bit about "clean" girls more worrying than the gay sex. I mean, that's ****ed weird man. Seriously, that his post-show sex was regimented and organised like that

question... why do we need to know this and why would he tell us this in the first place...

I wondered how it happened...you think he was going down the line of his freshly showered and lemony clean smelling poon offerings and just thought "****it, im gonna bang a guy," you think he deliberately thought about the pros and cons of man loving, or do you think kelly just screwed up and let a dude slip in (everyone knows how gay looking rock fans used to dress) and Tyler was just in a hurry a didn't notice til to late

Some things CAN be kept secret. Am I the only one who 'digs' privacy nowadays? I like my idols to be mysterious and reclusive

Thinking about Steven Tyler having sex in any capacity is disgusting to me, so I could really have done without this article. Man? Woman? Not relevant. Steven's just old.
