Got one for my birthday/Christmas about a month ago...instantly my most prized possession, plays like an absolute dream!
So, they're the regular 200 series, but with the venetian cutaway and better electronics and case. Cool, I guess. But for the extra money, I'd much rather step up to a 300 series though, and get solid body + american made.
I love mine also bought a takemine gave that to my son did not even come close to my new Taylor love love love it.
Compared to a regular 214ce, the wood is upgraded, the electronics are upgraded (to the same Expression system used in the 300 series, the finish is upgraded (full gloss is not available on 300 series and a hardshell case included. That's a lot more guitar for only a little more money!
