Thursday Rocks: Heart Of The Dinosaur
Today our featured band is Heart Of The Dinosaur. Culled from the spoils of post-punk from Huntington Park, California comes Heart Of The Dinosaur. With musical influences ranging from the Beach Boys to Interpol, the band delivers a rock-n-roll both emotive and aggressively melodic while always keeping an eye on the dance floor. Comprised of guitarist Enrique Medina, bassist Ral, drummer Elmer Llamas and vocalist Maxwell Olson, Heart of the Dinosaur draws on the varying experiences of each member. Short Bio: Since the band became fully-formed in May of this year, Heart Of The Dinosaur has released a self-titled EP and are currently in the studio recording their debut full-length to be released by the end of 2012. They have honed their live performances by playing across Los Angeles and continue pursue an aggressive performance schedule. Heart Of The Dinosaur looks forward to bringing their music to an ever-expanding audience. Current Lineup:
