Irish punks Flogging Molly have announced plans to release "Whiskey On Sunday," a DVD documentary on the band shot over the past two years in seven different countries, reports AP. The 106-minute film "tracks the eclectic group of musicians from their bar-band roots to their current success, including footage of them in the studio recording their latest album, 'Within A Mile Of Home', on tour, at home, and concludes with a triumphant sold-out homecoming performance at the Wiltern Theater in Los Angeles," said their publicist.
The release will also come with a bonus CD that will include acoustic recordings, live tracks and a new studio recording "Laura" which is featured in the film. "Whiskey On Sunday" will be in stores July 25.
The band have a handful of festival gigs line-up over the summer in support of the release.The dates are as follows:
