Led Zeppelin's Jimmy Page has suggested that the recently reformed band may be on the verge of recording new material.
As previously reported, the band have only reformed for a one off reunion show at the O2 Arena in London on November 26th. Page has said in a new interview, however, that he believes the band will find it hard to resist the urge to record new material.
"Look, I'd be really surprised if there wasn't - you know, I mean I just know the way we are. We're musicians...as we're playing we'll probably be coming up with all manner of things.
"And that will be fun. I mean that's what it's all about. Let's do the O2 show, shall we? And then we'll speak to you afterward, Page told JAM! Music.
When asked whether the one-off show might develop into a full reunion tour Page said that the band are taking things one step at a time.
The rocker also told JAM! that there are currently no plans for the O2 show to be turned into a DVD or broadcast live on the night.
