Posters for Metallica's forthcoming "Lulu" colaboration with Lou Reed have been banned from the London underground.
According to Henne Music, the authority Transport For London decided it looked too much like graffiti.
The limbless mannequin with the title "Lulu" smeared in blood certainly does look like a passerby smeared their own addition to the art, and there could be a good reason behind the decision.
Consider "broken window theory" - the idea that if a nice area leaves one broken window in disrepair, vandals will assume it's okay to break more without retribution. In this case, it could be that a particular breed of weirdo might see the blood smears and assume they can do the same - and weirdo blood isn't the kind of thing the authorities want dripping from the walls of a transport hub.
"Lulu" has divided rock fans, with some keen to hear Metallica try a new project and others expecting nothing less than pure hard metal from their rock star heroes.
The album will be released on 31 October worldwide, except the US who will get it one day later on 1 November.
