Paramore have confirmed they still have plans to release new music this year, despite the loss of two of the group's founding members.
Singer Hayley Williams made the comments during a special MTV interview in which the group addressed the rumours surrounding the departure of Josh and Zac Farro.
"We will definitely release songs [in 2011]," Williams told MTV News. "Who knows if a full album will come out of it?
"But obviously we'd love that, it would be fun," Williams continued. "Let's just start this new chapter already, because it can only be great."
The singer also admitted that Paramore's sound was likely to change with the new lineup, but clarified that the band would still retain their signature sound.
