According to Soul Shine Magazine, '80 post-punk band The Pretenders are releasing a great big box-set "Pirate Radio" in March. The four-CD, one-DVD set contains tunes that cover the band's entire career, from its beginnings in 1978 to its most recent album, 2002's "Loose Screw." Though the set contains about 80 tracks, the most interesting for Pretenders fans will likely be the 15 previously unreleased tracks consisting of demos, alternate takes, and live recordings. There will also be Pretenders covers by Radiohead, Morrissey, Neil Young, and Jimi Hendrix. The DVD contains 19 videos spanning from 1979 to 1995. The band will also head out on a short tour to promote Pirate Radio starting off with a performance at the SXSW festival in Texas and heading out for a few dates in the US and one show in London, England. Unfortunately, they won't be coming to Canada on the tour. Read more at Soul Shine Magazine.

Man, the videos are probably just the actual music videos that you can already get anyways, they should release the live footage. Fucking Chrissie Hynde. This is sad that me and mustiebalzak are the only ones here who know who they are. The rest of you are faggots. FAGGOTS!!!
