Queens of the Stone Age performed two new songs live on "Later ... With Jools Holland" show, Antiquiet reports. Both tracks are featured in their upcoming studio effort "... Like Clockwork," due to release on June 3.

Well, we should say that no new songs were presented. One of those played songs was well-known "My God Is the Sun," premiered during Lollapalooza Brazil in April.

But the second one is more interesting - it's "I Sat by the Ocean," recently premiered on Club 69 radio session in Belgium. So now it owns the pro-shot live video featuring Josh Homme playing slide guitar.

"I Sat by the Ocean" is just on of three songs revealed after Club 69 radio session. The others are album opening track "Keep Your Eyes Peeled" and "If I Had a Tail," which studio version features Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner. The other album guests are Elton John, Dave Grohl, ex-Mars Volta Jon Theodore and Jake Shears of Scissor Sisters among others. The album also features former QOTSA members Nick Oliveri, Mark Lanegan and Joey Castillo.

The band also revealed the newest music video for a snippet of "Kalopsia," which is also the song from "... Like Clockwork." The song features Trent Reznor from Nine Inch Nails on vocals and keyboards. That nightmare-causing music video appears to be the continue of the story, started in previously released music video for "I Appear Missing."

New song preview! "Keep Your Eyes Peeled"
Prehab, what a brilliant name for a bar! Other than that, I don't really get all of these videos. I like them, and hope they keep posting them, but I can't quite figure out the story...
sat by the ocean still isnt doing for me, its growing on me but im sure I'll still enjoy the album
Jon's sounding real tight on this. Any doubters of Jon Theodore as Queens drummer need to watch this.
After the sound I've heard in Kalopsia and I Appear Missing, imagining their collaboration with Shears and Elton John, I'm gonna buy it that.
Really can't wait for this album! Now to wait for the new teaser that they're gonna put on the likeclockwork.tv site today...
There's an extended episode of Jools Holland on friday night, hopefully they'll play a couple more.
I have listened to the album in its Entirety now 3 times and I must tell you... such a letdown. No hard rocking Riffs, no drum solos. Just melodic synths and Pianos. QOTSA are Dead
Wash Your ears dude. It sounds like QOTSA from start to end...broken rythms, kickass basslines, weird guitars, falsetto vocals...full QOTSA package!
Ya dude, everything you listed is present but the rawness, the in your face riffs, the hard drums, the screaming vocals like in R and SFTD, all of that is Absent. Like Clockwork does have some extremely interesting parts but it kinda just builds up and never explodes. You can barely even hear Dave's Drumming!! You may need to get your ears checked.
Like there's no place for non-Grohl drum lines in rock. This is QOTSA album, not a Grohl/Lanegan/Reznor/QOTSA guest record. If You like Grohl drumming so much...listen to TCV. I'm also cold-blooded and I'm not putting this album on the top of the QOTSA catalogue. I'll wait a while with my final judgment. Remember my friend that explosion not always ends with a huge BOOM! Maybe You'll discover some other layers and You'll find what You want? Cheers!
I think you may be right man. Ill give it a few listens before making the final judegment. Enjoy it !!! QOTSA!!
I was there in the studio audience. I am definitely buying the new album. They were even better in the studio than they were when they went out.
