Stone Sour will be releasing a special Edition CD/DVD album of their latest album Come Whatever May. Here's the details from Roadrunner:

Grammy-nominated rock powerhouse Stone Sour is set to release a special, enhanced edition of their gold album "Come What(ever) May" on Roadrunner Records on June 26. The special edition is jam-packed with extensive bonus material. The audio portion boasts six previously unreleased and unavailable tracks, including an acoustic cover of Chris Isaak's "Wicked Game," recorded live for a Canadian radio performance earlier this year. The bonus DVD features all four music videos from "Come What(ever) May: "30/30-150," "Through Glass," "sillyworld" and the band's latest "Made of Scars." In addition, the DVD includes a never-before-seen full concert performance. Filmed in October 2006 in Moscow at the RAMP awards, the concert documents Stone Sour's first and only visit to Russia, a must-have for fans.

"Now before all of you fans get upset about a re-release, (because I know how you are), let me just say that I am an avid music fan and a record collector. That's why, when the decision was made to release a special edition, we knew that it had to be just that: special," says guitarist Josh Rand. "We added everything we could possibly get our hands on, including an entire show from Russia, making it only the greatest special edition ever! You guys are gonna love it!"

OK looks like I'm buy come what (ever) may again lol but there not kidding when they say special edition for them to add new songs sounds great but for them to add a DVD as well is Awesome..... and shows there not just trying to cash in on their fans by repackaging the same product again.

This looks fantastic . I've seen the live in moscow footage already from a download, and it would be amazing on a full quality DVD . Suffer and The Frozen both fit into the album really well, so i have high hopes for the rest of these bonus tracks.

two of the bonus songs, suffer and the frozen, were released on the iTunes version of the album. An the frozen isnt really a song, its just like omega on their self titled, except not as good in my opinion still cool. And suffer is a pretty good song too

thats actually a re-release worth actually buying! I'm really shocked, because most of roadrunner's releases are shitty and are just re-mastered and new artwork. But either it's awesome and i may considering buy the album again.(man it better be on sale like the first time)
