BB King has added more dates to a 2010 itinerary that spans the continent and runs well into the fall. The legendary bluesman will kick off the road trip with an April 19 performance in Denver, working his way throughout the US before wrapping up in Canada later this year. Since last check, 10 new dates have been scattered throughout the schedule, including two-night stands in West Palm Beach, FL (5/5-5/6); Memphis (9/26-9/27); Nashville (10/4-10/5) and Rama, Ontario (11/19-11/20). The full slate of shows is listed at this location. King, a 14-time Grammy winner, scored the highest-debuting solo album of his nearly 60-year career with his latest release, "One Kind Favor." The set, which surfaced in August 2008, debuted at No. 37 on The Billboard 200 chart. Produced by T Bone Burnett (Robert Plant & Alison Krauss, Roy Orbison), "One Kind Favor" features covers of old blues songs that inspired King as a young man, and was made to sound like it was recorded in the '50s. Players include Dr. John on piano, Nathan East on standup bass and Jim Keltner on drums. Thanks for the report to
