"Breaking Bad" star Aaron Paul has revealed that he was wearing the papier mache Pope Francis head during the band's set at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival over the weekend.

As NME notes, the band's manager Scott Rodger posted a picture on Instagram of Paul brandishing the prop, reports Consequence of Sound, much like how Julian Casablancas wore the a mask of frontman Win Butler during the band's Lollapalooza Chile show earlier this month.

Arcade Fire debuted their new Barack Obama and Pope Francis masks in Austin, Texas on April 11, ahead of their Coachella set on April 13. Arcade Fire also closed the final day of the first weekend of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in California with a guest appearance from Blondie's Debbie Harry.

Harry joined the band to perform Blondie's 1979 single "Heart of Glass," sharing vocals with Regine Chassagne whilst Win Butler played piano. "Cruise on, motherf--kers," said Harry to the crowd during the track which segued into "Sprawl II (Mountains Beyond Mountains)" on which Harry provided backing vocals before dancing with Chassagne holding multi-coloured streamers. "Debbie f--king Harry," said Butler as the song came to an end.

Arcade Fire are set to bring their tour to the UK in June, where they'll play London's Earls Court on June 6 and 7. They have also been announced as Friday night's headliner at Glastonbury, which takes place between June 25 and 29.

It would be hella funny if Pope Francis decided to wear a mask of Jesse Pinkman next time he makes a public appearance.
As much as I dig some of the tracks of Reflektor, I gotta say that I've absolutely lost track as to what's the point Arcade Fire was/is trying to make nowadays... Also, YEAH! MASKS BITCH!
Gotta know by now that UG doesn't do the news as pure as other sites, bitch. Sites such as Huffington Post or NME make news reports that are 98% pure. UG already apes their product at every turn... okay I'm done.
Huff post pure? Are you kidding? It is one of the most liberally biased "news sources" out there.
calling it a news source is a bit to high praise for the huffington post left wing liberal nut job propaganda machine is more accurate a description
