Ever wondered what it would be like if Phil Anselmo had his own cookery show? No? Honestly, neither did we. But the important thing is that someone did.
Joey Siler from Pantera tribute band Good Friends & Bottle of Whiskey has put up this video animation of what a Phil Anselmo cookery show might look (and sound like), and frankly, we here at Ultimate-Guitar think it is pretty awesome.
We're particularly impressed by Siler's ability to match the vocal stylings of Mr. Anselmo, both in this video and his band's covers of Pantera material:
Anselmo himself recently released the song "Bedridden" from his upcoming solo album "Walk Through Exits Only." The album was produced by Anselmo and Michael Thompson, and recorded over the past couple of years at Philip's New Orleans studio, Nodferatu's Lair, with his band the Illegals.
