Courtney Love has a difficult time of avoiding lawsuits these days, as yet another suit was dropped at the singer, this time around from an addiction treatment specialist Dr. Edwin Ratush.
As Spin reports, the New York psychiatrist is suing Love for $48,250 plus interest, costs, and attorney's fees dating to November 2010. Some of the cited reasons behind the lawsuit include "breach of contract, account stated, money due and owing, and unjust enrichment."
Courtney recently settled a Twitter defamation suit, coming up victorious later last month. According to the same source, the ongoing defamation case involves fashion designer Dawn Simorangkir. Love has already settled one lawsuit for a $430,000 sum, but this time around she's accusing Simorangkir for stealing from her, as well as being involved in prostitution.
On the musical front, Love recently stated that a classic Hole reunion is "slowly, steadily" happening.
