I apologize that there won't be a normal It's The End Of The Week As We Know It this week. To provide a brief explanation as to why I'm failing to deliver what was going to be a fragmented retrospective entry on my musical experiences over the past two years turned into a shameless gushing over a certain live act I saw tonight all falling on my 25th birthday and a mere two days before I move away from Los Angeles for a new job. I tried to write it out after the concert tonight, but my brain has hit a wall and there's nothing left in it. Basically, the plate is full. Moving arrangements and all that lovely stuff. Plus the festivities of a quarter-century birthday celebration and the sheer ecstatic experience of seeing John Bonham's Led Zeppelin Experience, have led me with little time to give you all a proper and thorough account of the experience or a well-thought out entry.
I'll be back next week with a decent description of why the Zeppelin Experience was so incredible, and I'll have completed my move and caught up on sleep, which will undoubtedly yield better writing than the drivel you're reading now.
So for right now, I'll just say listen to a lot of Led Zeppelin over the weekend, and I'll see you next week in a more suitable mindset.
