Blood Brothers: Crimes

Sound — 10
The Blood Brothers intense high energy sounds something like the refused meets modest mouse. The guitars sound like something you would hear in a factory, and the drums fill and compliment perfectly. The singers amazingly combine their voices into a chaotic symphony. First Rate.

Lyrics — 10
The lyrics are mostly dark and almost nonsensical, but they make perfect sense. The song Rats, Rats, And Rats is a dialog between two people and the filth that controls them. The lyrics also follow the mood set by the music. Vocally the Blood Brothers are incredibly talented, going from melody to chaos in an instant, seen emphatically in Love Rhymes With A Hideous Car Wreck, and Feed Me To The Forest.

Overall Impression — 10
In my opinion Crimes is the best Blood Brothers album yet, it features such powerful energetic songs, specifically Feed Me To The Forest, Trash Flavored Trash, and Rats, Rats and Rats for Candy. I can't say that I hate anything about this album. It's just f--king awesome, straight up.
