Sound — 10
The sound on this album is great not only because it sounds good, but because this is an alternative band with a wide variety of sounds and effects. These guys happen to be my favorite band and I listen to this every day, so I definitely know everything about this album. 01. I Hope You Die - nice riff in the beginning, great double-bass in the verse-intro (10/10). 02. The Inevitable Return Of The Great White Dope - I'm not a big techno fan, at all. In fact, I hate it. But this song used enough synth to make interesting and actually used drums with a beat I never get sick of (10/10). 03. Three Point One Four - basic guitar stuff, sounds good (9/10). 04. Mope - probably the best sounding song on the album. Guitar is tricky and although the bass is just a one-noted slapper, it sounds great (11/10). 05. Yummy Down On This - very heavy song with some crazy guitar sound-effects, very enjoying (10/10). 06. Ballad Of Chasey Lain - simple, plain, but crisp song. Enjoyable (9/10). 07. Magna Cum Nada - if not Mope, then this. This song is amazing, great beat, fun to rock out to (11/10). 08. The Bad Touch - if you don't know this song, then you are a loser. This song, although a techno song has a guitar riff that will be remember throughout life. Great beat and decision on synth usage (10/10). 09. Take The Long Way Home - nice trumpet sounds and great guitar riffs. Could've been a bit more though (9/10). 10. Hell Yeah - bass owns on this song, fun to play along with with some wicked turntables (10/10). 11. Right Turn Clyde - synth crazy with some opera, but very good drum beat (9/10). 12. A Lap Dance Is So Much Better When The Stripper Is Crying - all done on a keyboard, nice bass, the cheap-drum sound is good (9/10). 13. Along Comes Mary - great song to rock out to (10/10).

Jimmy Pop is a genius, no questions asked. It takes some balls to actually use the lyrics he used and risk getting sued with those crazyily offensive lyrics. Pop-culture like none other.
Overall Impression — 10
This is a classic, pick up this album. It is amazing. Also, go and pick up the other two albums, Use Your Fingers and One Fierce Beer Coaster. And be sure to pick up their newest album, Hefty Fine, September 13th. It's going to be great. Good music, great lyrics that require thinking. Great band!
