Sound: Eternal Lord are a rising metalcore band with members from the ben 'The Hunt For Ida Wave' and have come to make this beast of an EP. Throughout the course of the EP it takes you on a journey of brutal riffs and heart pounding drumming leaving you for more and more. At this moment I cant get enough of this band and the record label itself. Thirty Days Of Night. // 9

Lyrics: Lyriclly Eternal Lord keep to a theme of Kingdoms and Oceanic behaviour through brutal hardcore/metal-like screaming and growling vocals. Sam may not be the best vocalist around ofr this music but his voice is unique and delivers a full pounding EP release. // 7

Overall Impression: I would compare Eternal Lord to bands like Parkway Drive, Darkest Hour and The Black Dahlia Murder. Some of the best songs on this EP have to be 'Upon Thy Icy Waves' and 'Deeds To The Throne'. This whole CD is packed with Brutality and has an edge over other upcoming metal and hardcore bands like them. Also the drums on this record are truly something else. This music may have been done before but these guys do it like pros for how long they have been a band. The only bad thing on this record is that there is not enough! // 8
