Every Time I Die: Gutter Phenomonon

Sound — 8
This is a really great album. The sound is very similar to the privious album Hot Damn! but a little easier to listen to. The guitars still have super gnarly riffs to overlap each other as well as the fast exposive sounding drums. The vocals are right in you face and go very well with the rest of the music.

The lyrics this time around for ETID are similar to the last two albums. They sing about girls and overall fun. They put you in a good partying mood and then suddenly change and put you in a fighting mood. After the whole thing is over you feel like smoking a cigarette and laying down for a while.

Overall Impression — 9
The overall impression of this album is really good. I think it accuratly portrays the sound we all want to hear overlapping a late night of partying. The speed mixed with the breakdowns and overlapped by shreeding guitars, blasting drums and right there type vocals make this album a good chioce for your money.
