Sound: Flaw is an extremely underrated band. They are a cross between Chevelle and Godsmack, from Chevelles bassy sound to Godsmacks exotic original emotion stiring sound. They can rock out then slow it down from one song to the next and it will still sound incredible. They use 7 string guitars in standard tuning, which brings a rich full tone. Accompanied by decent drum fills and really, really audible bass lines, and a broad range of vocals from slow and melodic to hard and deep. They are an amazing band. // 10

Lyrics: Their lyrics are meaningful and usually sing about change or extremely feelings. Whether hope or despair, to pain and coming to grips with yourself. Their sing has a broad, impressive range. An incredibly talented vocalist that will quickly become recognizable is rock as their carrier progresses. // 10

Overall Impression: My impression from this band is that they are incredible! This is their sophmore album and they are already better than some bands after their 4th release. From heavy to soft, soothing riffs, great punchy bass lines, incredible vocals, and great drum fills (although sometimes repetative and a little stock). They are an excellent band and if you like rock you should definitely pick this up! If it were lost I would buy three more just in case it happened more than once. // 10
