Foo Fighters: In Your Honor

Sound — 10
The amount of work done over the last year making this double album has paid off. The band have the same producer from "One By One" (2002) but it sounds completely different and much better. A good thing about it is the drum sound, they sound really tight and the bass keeps the flow going so that the guitars can expand more in the rock disc and take controll in the acoustic disc. Very good!

Lyrics — 10
Lyrics have never been a strong point for the "Foo's" but this album totally rocks on both CD's the standout track for songwritting for me is "Still" which is about a train accident apparently. You can tell Dave really made use of his time for this album.

Overall Impression — 10
Overall this is deffiantly the best album of 2005 and of the Foo's carrer, the 5 stand out tracks are Still (acoustic), Resolve (rock), Over And Out (acoustic), No Way Back (rock), End Over End (rock). But overall, I must admit, I like the acoustic CD better, although they both in there own way, rock!
