Funeral for a Friend: Hours

Sound — 10
FFAF's sound is over amazing. This album is alot more polished, more finely done. It's obvious that a lot of care has gone into it. They're take on emo-hardcore is unique, and pretty awesome. The band is great.

Lyrics — 10
Matt can sing amazingly. His voice goes perfectly. The lyrics are mostly very "heart on sleeve," very open emotionly. The lyrics are quite heartfelt and meaningful.

Overall Impression — 10
This album is amazing. It's alot better than the others, mainly because it's alot better made, sound and lyric-wise too. The most impressive songs, for me, are the released song, Streetcar, Roses For The Dead and History. The worst song on the album is "Sonny" but even that kicks ass. An amazing album, highly recommended.
