Sound: This is Gobs first big release, and its now over 10 years old, but still sounds fresh. If you like the later stuff, it's debatable if you'll like this, it's full of energy punk. I don't think a single song lasts more than 3 minutes, and most only go for 1.40. But that's good, there arent any solos, but they werent into that at the time anyway. It's sheer energy from the opening track "Extra Extra." The quality of some of the recordings isn't great either, but it seems to all work. // 8

Lyrics: The lyrics fit with the music exactly, and the song theme range from girl problems to hatred for the media, so you get a broad range. The singing quality isnt bad, but the later stuff is better. Generally the quality of languauge is good (they use some really big words) and they're not afraid to swear when they think swearing is required, or just when they want to. // 9

Overall Impression: If I lost this album, Id probably cry for an hour, then buy it again. It's just so full of comedy, genius and brilliance. Put simply it's punk without the influence of Greenday, which these days is quite rare. If the Sex Pistols were around oday, this is the kind of music theyd make. The two best songs are probably "You're Too Cool" and "Soda", but the funniest is without doubt the "Marching Sn" it's like just a kazoo, with sum bloke humming over the top and slapping his belly, it's great. If you love your music intricut and clever, dont buy this album, if you like to laugh, and just have a good time, do. It's best for the summer with mates and a barbeque. // 10
