Good Charlotte: The Young and the Hopeless

Sound — 5
The bands music is reasonable. They have some good singles on the album. They sing rock music and don't play very heavy music so don't be put off. Their instrument playing is quite good but nothing particularly special.

Lyrics — 6
The singing is quite good and the songs have sometimes humerous lyrics which will make you want to hear the songs over and over again. The lyrics sometimes don't sound like they are in the same track as the instruments though.

Overall Impression — 6
This album I don't think is as good as similar albums by other bands. The best songs on the album are 'The Anthem' and 'The Young And The Hopeless.' I like a few of the songs on this album but I don't like the fact that a lot of the songs don't sound right or sound the same as the previous song. I wouldn'y buy this album again if I lost it.
