Iron Maiden: Powerslave

Sound — 8
This CD was remastered very well. The guitars and bass sound great. The drums were just a little on the weak side, however. The CD is a little quiet and sometimes you have to max out the volume, but it is a very minor problem. The vocals in particular sound awesome. Overall the sound is good.

Lyrics — 10
The vocals of this album really shine, and the lyrics are great. Lines like "Shellshock In The Kitchen" and "The Golden Goose Is On The Loose" are just classic Maiden. Overall the lyrics are excellent.

Overall Impression — 10
Arguably the best Iron Maiden album, this is personally one of my favorite albums ever. The famous 2 Minutes To Midnight and the title song Powerslave are probably the best songs, although there are no really "bad" songs anywhere. The CD only has eight songs, however, which will leave you wanting more because the album is so short. I love it. I would get it again if it were stolen.
