Jimi Hendrix: Experience Hendrix: The Best Of Jimi Hendrix

Sound — 10
The is a mixture of types of music on the CD from groovy bass lines such as 'Fire' or great guitar riffs such as in 'Purple Haze' or 'Voodoo Child'. Also one of THE BEST slow rock songs 'Little Wing'. Fans of blues, rock, jazz, maybe even some heavier rock will enjoy the greatest songs of one of the greatest guitar players in the world, the legend, Jimi Hendrix.

Jimi Hendrix was not the best with the lyrics or singing, but he was an excellent rock/blues singer. Most of the lyrics were about love (after all Jimi had a lot of girl firends). The lyrics weren't that bad though. Everything blended into a CD of great must own songs.

Jimi Hendrix is a legend and still popular today. The most impressive songs were Purple Haze, Fire, Hey Joe, The Wind Cries Mary, Little Wing, Voodoo Child, and the live version of the Star Spangeled Banner live at woodstock. I loved the great songs for drums, bass, and guitar. They should have incluede the songs 'Are you Experienced? ', 'Voodoo Chile', and the normal version of 'Voodoo Child' (not the "Slight Return One." If it was lost or stolen I would rebuy it because it's a Hendrix's fan must own and higly recommended to guitar players to expand their skill.

Dude, Jimi was high when he wrote most of his lyrics. His lyrics never made sense, but does any classic rock lyrics make any sense????? NO
dude zoso his lyrics make perfect sense take time to listen to them and he wasnt high when he wrote most of them,i really dont get what you mean by does any classic rock lyrics make sense, you dont make sense, and purple haze was about a dream not mariuana,im guessing thats what you interpret them to be
cd sucks, most pf the songs are good but it should be called the greatest hits,if it were a best of collection i would have some damn good songs by him like, killing floor, burning of the midnight lamp, and what really pisses me off is that it gives no credit to noel and mitch who where the back beat of the experience
