Metallica: Reload

Sound — 10
A lot of people gave Metallica shit for this album, honestly though I think this is hard rock at its best! The dual guitar riffs have never sounded so awesome as in "Carpe Diem baby" and "Better Than You," James and Kirk are probably the best guitar team out their. It's pretty well produced and everything sounds rather clean and clear, drumming and bass were also excellent.

Lyrics — 10
The lyrics were pretty cool, the Unforgiven 2 was probably the most poetic of their stuff in there. Fuel was pretty kick ass as well the lyrics on Prince charming. Hetfield's voice is nothing short of excellent, no one else sings the way he does.

Overall Impression — 10
Overall it's not their best album, I preffered Master Of Puppets, now that was a metal album. This album was good however, clean clear ditorted hard rock all through out the album.
