Overall Impression: Millencolin is one of the best softcore/ska/punk band you'll ever hear. With their variety of different sounds, songs, and catchy riffs you'll be begging for more! Millencolin originated in Urebro, Sweden back in October '92. The band consists of Erik, Larzon, Nikola, and Mathias. The cd That I'm reviewing is titled "For Monkeys". It's a fast paced cd thats got the punk down-strokes, and the ska up-strokes. The things that I really like about this cd is that its really fast and it's got that raw punk sound. The members of Millencolin did a great job of writing all of the catchy riffs. The only down side to the cd was that the songs were really short, there were only twelve songs and the overall cd was only a bit over a half an hour. Overall I'd give this cd a 4/5. P.S. The best songs on the cd are Lozin' Must, Boring Planet & Otis. // 8
