Mötley Crüe: Shout at the Devil

Sound — 10
This album is was a breakthrough for Motley Crue. The cynical guitar riffs in the title track makes it one of the best songs on the album. Vince Neil is almost perfect on Too Young To Fall In Love, another great song on this album. God Bless The Children Of The Beast is a great instrumental tune, which shifts gears to an excellent guitarist in Mick Mars.

The lyrics on the title track are mind-melting, but some of the tracks are not the best Nikki Sixx has written.

Overall Impression — 10
Shout At The Devil is displays the mind-blowing effect of pop-metal. Motley Crue ruled the hair metal stage after the release of this album. This is probably the best Motley Crue album so far. There are so many great songs on this album, which allows you to listen to the album through and through. The extra songs that didnt make the album are also great.
