Sound: Now, I'll start of by saying that there arn't any amazingly complex riffs in the is album, you'll have to look elsewhere for those. However, tracks like Hit The Ground Running, All Fall Down and the amazing Days Spent are infectiously melodic and rock harder than most other British nu-metal bands. Nic Whitmore is someone for Britain to be proud of! // 6

Lyrics: There may not be the riffs you're looking for in this album, but my god the lyrics make up for that loss! And as I said before, Nic Whitmore has greatly evolved since there last album (Majority Of One) and hits the back of the net every time. // 10

Overall Impression: I found this to be a really listen-to-able album. It the kind that is excellent after a hard days work, but then wakes you up with a loud song every so often. My suggestion: Buy it, even if it's just for the cool chinese kind of symbols on the sleeve! // 8
