Oasis: Don't Believe The Truth

Sound — 10
The sound of this album is great. This CD was criticized for being an old-fashioned CD. Yes, maybe the harmonica in Mucky Fingers is pretty old-fashioned, but it sounds great. Buy it if your a huge fan of the Beatles. Overall it's great to hear something that aren't powerchords. Most guitarists who play that are overrated.

Lyrics — 10
Lyrics are excellent. Oasis excels when it comes to writing lyrics. You can tell how good there songs are by just reading their lyrics. The lyrics can come off any subject and it could lead to the main point of the song.

Overall Impression — 10
The best songs are probably A Bell Will Ring and Let There Be Love. The guitar playing in A Bell Will Ring reminds me of Led Zeppelin. I don't know if I'm crazy or something but it just seems like it. Let There Be Love reminds me of Oasis's old days like (What's The Story) Morning Glory? and Definitely Maybe. To make it specific it sounds kind of like Wonderwall except it's a duet with Liam and Noel.
