Overkill: Horrorscope

Sound — 10
Overkill in my opinion is one of the best thrash bands out there in a long term comparison. This is a band that has stayed true to its influences and roots for about 20 years and hasn't burnt out like some of their contemperaries. About all of their albums are great, and this one is no exception. The sound on this album is typical thrash except slowed down a little bit and a little heavier.

Bobby Gustafson has a very amazing voice for metal, and his voice is very disinguished, though it can get a little annoying sometimes. The lyrics go pretty well with the music, but the lyrics meanings are hard to understand.

Overall Impression — 10
This is one of Overkill's best albums, and almost as good as The Years Of Decay. If you like thrash, youve got to pickup this album.

Gustafson is the ex-guitar player. The Bobby with the cool nickname is the singer.
